For many of us, it's really tough to slow down and to allow things to happen.

To be patient.

To be aware.

Awake.

Try it. Stick with it. Be open. And you might just discover how great the yin side of yoga can be — physically hydrating...

Life is always unpredictable.

And it's usually when you least expect it, you lose balance. You fall.

So that's when it's handy to have friends who lift up your spirits, who make you laugh.
