A DIVE DEEP spring yoga retreat + detoxifying reset 

with Chantal O’Sullivan at Nectar Yoga BnB, Bowen Island

Prepare for a laid-back weekend of BIG yoga in a beautiful, rustic setting in a forrest in a yurt on a little island. 

This retreat includes a lot of free time for you to enjoy the island, to walk in the rain or to read a book or to just enjoy unscheduled time either on your own or with new friends.

We'll practice four deeply powerful classes, including dynamic vinyasa and also some grounding, deep yin.

 

Where: Nectar B&B on Bowen Island (25 minute walk from the ferry, or 5 minute drive)

Cost: $585 per person/Shared accommodation/no meals

(cold-pressed Juice cleanse option available on request for additional cost + option to add massage on-site) 

Registration Includes:

  • 2 night, shared-accommodation at Nectar B&B (*** all shared ) 

  • Saturday: Morning coffee/tea + group discussion

  • Sunday: Morning coffee/tea + group discussion 

  • Four (4) yoga classes with Chantal O’Sullivan

  • Posture workshopping + support

  • Daily Group meditation

  • A super relaxed weekend with plenty of time for YOU to let go of stress, renew and recharge. Oh, and have fun too.

Transportation to and from retreat is not included. Meals are not included. Access to fridge/kitchen in main house
