Bowen Breaks
Practice yoga inside a small geodesic dome in a forrest on a small island?
Yes please.
These mini day retreats combine a dynamic morning vinyasa practice with a deep, grounding yin class in the afternoon.
Enjoy a very special experience in a very special place.
And be back in Vancouver for supper!
A day for you

Fall Renewal Yoga Retreat — A One-Day Retreat Just for You

This is your chance to DIVE DEEP, de-toxify and de-stress on Bowen Island with yoga teacher, Chantal O'Sullivan.

What? 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. — a day of yoga, unplugged, in a geodesic dome, located at Nectar Yoga on Bowen Island. (Located at their new, larger retreat location, at
720 Gardner Lane.)

How?
This is a day designed for day-trippers.
Easy and fun.
Wake up, take a 20-minute ferry to Bowen Island from Horseshoe Bay, head down a beautiful road to Nectar Yoga BnB, walk up a laneway towards a geodesic dome (yes, a dome!) in the forest, and unroll your yoga mat.
Sound good?
It is!
