Clean beauty for spring
Nowadays there's really no excuse for buying toxic products and slathering them all over your body in the name of beauty.
It's easier than ever to find cruelty-free (no bunnies hurt please!,) organic (save the bees!) and natural (you can read the label) products without having to know someone who does kitchen alchemy. Although if you do, stick with that person!
Here's a few of my go-tos for instantly feeling pampered at home.
Antipodes Divine Face Oil: Heaven in a bottle, light oil for moisturizing and leaving you with a dewy complexion, akin to walking outside on a misty Vancouver day with just a few tiny drops.
John Masters Organic Rose Foaming Face Wash: Again, this smells really good and fresh and a half pump cleans off the grime of your day.
Carols Clay Mask: I love putting anything green on my face. And this one is seriously perfect for a night in with a glass of wine with your gal pals. Best of all, it's made here in B.C. in Gibsons.
Waleda Wild Rose Body Oil: I just got this because it was on sale at Whole Foods and the colour appealed to me! And very happy with how this oil leaves my skin softer and smoother and yes, smelling like a rose!
