I love road biking.
I love tucking in on a descent. I love granny gearing it up a nice long climb.
I started two years ago in July, then biked the Whistler Gran Fondo a few months later. And I was hooked.
Best of all, it's such a great compliment to yoga. Biking tightens and strengthens the body and helps with cardio and well, just feels fun!
Yoga loosens us up, builds up strength in the core and helps with breathing, focus and overall wellness.
